This is the typical project delivery method for small to medium size, conventional projects. There are two main contracts with the Owner − one with us and one with the Architect. The Owner hires the Architect to complete the design of their project. We give the Owner a quote based on the design documents completed by their Architect. The Owner then hires us to orchestrate all the qualified subcontractors and suppliers needed to build the project within their cost and schedule objectives. Often we consult with the Owner and Architect during the pre-construction phase to provide comments on how the developing design affects project costs and schedule.
