Work included renovating 7,000 SF of the existing center court space by: raising 3,000 SF roof 15’ and enclosing with clerestory windows allowing natural light into the space; Roycroft-themed painted mural on ceiling of raised roof area; and giant Franklin Lloyd Wright inspired colored glass and wood pendant chandeliers. Warm and attractive wall and floor finishes were created to welcome people into this new gathering space.
