Williamsville, New York – Picone Construction completes renovations at The Amberleigh, 2330 Maple Rd in Williamsville. Renovations include the conversion of existing space to 49 assisted living residential units on the second and third floors, along with 16 memory care units on the first floor. A new entry has been constructed, which includes a free standing porte-cochere and asphalt drop-off drive. The entry and first floor includes a reception area, waiting/lounge area, offices, conference room, new elevator, salon, activity room, dining room, craft room, private dining rooms, toilet rooms, staff lounge, laundry room, storage rooms, and secured fenced in courtyard. The second and third floor common areas will include offices, toilet rooms, laundry rooms, living rooms, and storage rooms. Each of the three floors includes a nurse’s station with a hydrotherapy room. The Architect of Record is Foit-Albert Associates and the Mechanical and Electrical Engineer is Buffalo Engineering PC. Buffalo, New York – Picone Construction Corp. has completed 4 Phases of renovations to the offices of Goldberg Segalla at 665 Main Street. The second, third, and fourth floor alterations and renovations included: 55 offices; 3 conference rooms; lobby, waiting room, and reception area; various collaborative areas and meeting rooms; cubicle areas; copy, mail, supply and IT rooms; kitchen, lunch and break rooms; wellness and recreation rooms. Construction work involved: demolition, framing, carpentry, millwork, firestopping, doors, gypsum board, ceramic tile, vinyl composition tile, luxury vinyl tile, polyester composition tile, tile carpeting, painting, fire protection, countertops, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical. The Architect of Record was Fontanese, Folts, Aubrecht, Ernst Architects. McGuire Development Company is the property owner and served as the Construction Manager for the renovation and expansion.

Jamestown, New York – Picone Construction continues the expansion and renovation of Jamestown Community College's Manufacturing Technology Institute located at 512 Falconer Street. The work involves 16,372 sq ft of renovations to the existing building and construction of a 5,808 sq ft addition. The new addition will include: seven offices; three classrooms; large conference room; student lounge; reception and lobby area; restrooms, storage room; electrical, IT and janitor closets; and a workroom. Amherst, New York – Picone Construction Corp. has completed administration and pharmacy renovations at Lifetime Health Medical Group. Interior renovations to the pharmacy department and waiting area include: removal of existing partitions, ceilings, millwork, finishes, mechanical ductwork and electrical. Kenmore, New York – Picone Construction Corp. has completed phase one of Kenmore Mercy Hospital’s renovations for their surgery holding and recovery unit. Phase one work included approximately 15,000 sq ft of build-out for their new 32-bed Ambulatory Surgery Unit. Build-out consisted of new gypsum wall board partitions, finishes, casework, medical headwall systems, plumbing, fire protection, electrical, HVAC and medical gas systems, and installation of owner-furnished items. Alexander, New York – Picone Construction has begun Alexander Central School District’s $6.8 million capital improvement project which addresses energy efficiency upgrades, health and safety improvements, and site work at both the elementary and middle/high schools. Alexander Elementary School improvements involve the reconstruction and/or replacement of: flooring, exterior masonry, mechanical systems, electrical components, hazardous materials, playground equipment and associated site work, pavement, drainage, and miscellaneous other repairs. Alexander Middle/High School wok includes the reconstruction and/or replacement of: roofing systems, pool area and system components, interior and exterior masonry, egress pathways, mechanical systems, electrical components, hazardous materials, running track and associated site work, pavement, drainage, and miscellaneous other repairs. Springville, New York – Picone Construction Corp. has completed renovations and an addition to Emerling Ford located at 150 South Cascade Dr. in Springville. The $2 million facelift and expansion added more than 4,000 sq ft to the building's footprint. This expansion boasts a new vehicle receiving/pickup area in the showroom; larger service department with new customer waiting area; expanded retail parts department; and a new client lounge area with fireplace. Elma, New York – Elma Town Board awards Picone Construction contract to build portico at Senior Center. With no overhead protection form the elements, visitors to the Elma Senior Center must deal with muddy shoes and other unenviable conditions when they’re dropped off at the front door. Buffalo, New York – Picone Construction has completed construction of the Pizza Plant Italian Pub at Canalside, Buffalo NY. The restaurant is located inside the first floor of the Courtyard Marriott building and features a full bar, dining rooms, kitchen, and grab and go area. The interior pub style and color scheme reflects Pizza Plant’s Williamsville location with added historical Buffalo décor creating a very inviting atmosphere. Picone Construction also renovated their Williamsville location at 7770 Transit Road a few years ago. Work included: millwork; doors, frames and hardware; glass and glazing; drywall, acoustic ceiling “cloud” tin panels; ceramic tile; stained concrete floors; painting; toilet partitions and accessories; fire extinguishers; plumbing; HVAC; electrical and fire alarm. The architect for this project was Sutton Architecture.
