Restoration of the ECC City Campus building back to its early 1900s design took extensive work and enhance attention to detail. Renovations included the replacement of building’s roof, granite and mortar repair of exterior, replacement of stone walls and cast-iron porte-cochere at Oak St. loading dock, restoration of fourth-floor art glass, installation of four copper rooftop finials, and repair and reconstruction of windows and window frames.
