Anthony J. Picone
President

After growing up in the construction industry and receiving his Construction Technology Degree in 1965, Anthony joined his family's business. As he learned every aspect of the construction business through hands on experience, he continued his family's vision, fostered their strong work ethic and service to the community. He brings a senior leadership perspective and oversees all aspects of the business to keep Picone Construction moving forward.

Beginning his work as a carpenter in 1990 and continuing in the field, Tony currently oversees all field operations, including the company’s warehousing operation, fleet management, safety, quality control program and all field forces. 

Christopher M. Picone

Vice President / Director of Operations

Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Wood Products Engineering / Construction Management. His responsibilities encompass the full breadth of Picone Construction's external and internal operations. His passion is building long term client relationships, and leading all members of the project to work as one team to deliver excellent results.

Gary G. Grimmer
Vice President / Chief Estimator

Gary Grimmer started at Picone Construction in the fall of 2006. As vice president and chief estimator, Grimmer controls all of the bids for the company including the decision-making on which projects Picone Construction will bid on. Grimmer started working as an estimator in the construction industry in 1987 bringing over 30 years of experience with him.

John M. Burkhardt
Vice President / Senior Project Manager

As vice president and project manager, Burkhardt manages all aspects of a project from start to finish. He also reviews documents and obtains the necessary submittals from the vendors while pricing and managing change proposals. With his role as vice president, he also works with the estimating department handling contracts to vendors, coordination of projects to different project managers, and management of project financials and vendor payments.
