Kenmore Mercy Hospital’s renovations for their surgery holding and recovery unit is complete. Phase one work included approximately 15,000 square feet of build-out for their new 32-bed Ambulatory Surgery Unit. Build-out consisted of new gypsum wall board partitions, finishes, casework, medical headwall systems, plumbing, fire protection, electrical, HVAC and medical gas systems, and installation of owner-furnished items.
