This project at WNY Maritime Charter School included demolition work to accommodate layouts and additional windows . Work included the installation 130+ new windows and 50,000 square feet of usable space constructed during Phase I of project. Phase I included demolition, sprinkler and fire alarm work in unoccupied areas and also rough-ins for electrical and plumbing for Phase II of project. First floor consisted of multiple levels and required the installation of ramps for ADA compliance. New parking lot and ADA ramp at exterior of building.
