Picone Construction Corp. has recently completed the renovations and addition to Sisters of Charity Hospital pharmaceutical unit . The two-story addition was added on top of the 1st floor, expanding the pharmacy by approximately 1500 square feet while roughly 500 square feet of that existing pharmacy received extensive interior renovations. The two-story addition will be used to house the new pharmacy clean room and support spaces.
In addition to that work, another 500 square feet was added for the third-floor penthouse addition in order to store mechanical equipment to support the new second floor pharmacy expansion.
The architect of record was Kideney Architects, P.C. The structural engineer was Siracuse Engineers, P.C. and the mechanical and electrical engineer work was IBC Engineering, P.C.
