| | Picone Construction Corp. was one of several sponsors at the annual Care-A-Thon hosted by Brothers of Mercy. Their brand new commercial was shown during the airing of the event on October 18, 2020 from 8:00pm to 10:00pm. The event was hosted by WBBZ's John Discullio and WIVB's Gabrielle Mediak along with several other special guests.
