This week's edition of #PicsbyPicone featured several projects performed at Goya Foods. The work included an office expansion, loading dock renovation, and warehouse expansion. Work in the office included all trades including excavation and foundations to finish materials. Office area additions included a new reception and waiting area, several offices, restrooms, a conference room, a lunch room, storage areas and a quality control lab.
Work in Goya's distribution facility included the construction of a new 152,308 square foot facility along with 15 loading docks, storage, and distribution space with the entire exterior of the building made up of pre-cast concrete panels.
