Also included in the new build was an intricate terrazzo flooring, fully integrated audio/visual conference room with video conferencing and broadcasting capabilities, extensive hardwood trim, paneling and columns throughout with multiple food preparation areas, exercise and shower conveniences, and several other elaborate finishes.
